This planetary mixer is mainly used for mixing, mixing and dispersing powder and liquid materials, and finally makes the slurry mix evenly and have good consistency, thus greatly improving the quality of products. Working Principle
In the working process of the double-planetary vacuum power mixer, two parallel stirring paddles operate according to a set fixed rotation ratio,revolve around alon gthe stirring barrel and rotate rapidly at the same time; meanwhile, a rotating scraper synchronously rotating along with the revolution in the stirring barrel keeps rotating, so that materials move from the inner wall of the stirring barrel to the vicinity of the stirring paddles.The running direction and revolution of the stirrer can be in the same direction or reverse direction to achieve different shearing purposes.The high-speed dispersion toothed discs of the other two separate power units also run along the mixing barrel along with revolution, and carry out high-efficiency dispersion and emulsification. The high-speed dispersion toothed discs are variable-frequency speed regulation, and can set their own rotation speed according to the production process.
This kind of movement mode can make materials achieve completely uniform emulsification and mixing effect in a short time, and is especially suitable for the dispersion and mixing of solid-solid phase, solid-liquid phase and liquid-liquid phase.
