Application Scope
1.Mining, and mineral processing: transportation of packing material in gold mining, transportation of ore pulp in gold smelting process, and ect;
transportation of thick pulp, underground drainage, absorbent, grout, mortar, etc;
2.Gold smelting: gold pump, tailings;
3.Chemical industry: acid, alkali, phosphate slurry and titanium dioxide and other inorganic salt materials; crystallization solution, suspensoid, emulsion, resin, sludge and all kinds of acid-base solution;
4.Phosphate fertilizer and compound fertilizer: transportation of sprayed granules, dense slurry, and sedimented sludge; metering and transportation of experimental liquid;
5.Sewage treatment: transportation of silt slurry, lime slurry and so on; petroleum industry: transportation of drilling fluids and crude oil;
6.Ceramic industry: transportation of ceramic pulp, slip, and glazing;
7.Papermaking industry: transportation of paper pulp, and sulfur ;
8.Cosmetics: toothpaste, emulsion, conditioner, cotton cream, face oil, etc;
9.Construction industry: sewage and pit drainage, cement slurry, concrete slurry, ceiling paints, etc;
10.Electroplating industry: electroplating solution, electrolyte, anode mud, precipitates, etc;
11.Food industry: transportation of oil materials and beverages;
12.Pharmacy industry: transportation of all kinds of pharmaceutical liquids;
13.Other industries: transportation of radioactive waste liquid, electrolytic waste residue, metal slag liquid, paint,coating, printing and dyeing auxiliaries, adhes ive, glue, latex, refractory fiber pulp and all other liquids with high sealing requirements, large viscosity, more particles.

Design Instructions
1.When the process condition is batch production and no quantitative requirements, the rated flow rate of the selected pump may be larger then the actually required flow rate.
2.When the process condition is continuous production, the actually required flowrate basically matches with the rated flowrate of the pump, if requires flowrate regulation, can select the pump with frequency speed control.
3.Pump rated pressure refers to the working pressure of the pump under a certain power motor configuration, the actual working pressure of the pump refers to the pipe resistance loss of the system self where the pump belongs to and is decided by the lifting height, therefore, during the design selection the actual working pressure in the system may be smaller than the rated pressure, if the actually required working nuclear
pressure has larger relation to the rated pressure of the pump, can provide a motor in addition.
4.The using temperature of the normal hose is 100℃, considering there will be heat produced during production, generally used in working condition with the temperature lower than 80℃. If used in situations with good air conditioning (or cooling) and heat dissipation conditions, the media temperature can reach up to 100℃. If the material temperature is larger than 100℃, need to select special and heat-resistant hose.
5.Transport media(such as food, medicine, etc) of sanitary grade, can use special hose of sanitary grade, please note during ordering.
6.The main components of hose are natural rubber and butyl rubber, during selection please consider the suitability of the hose towards the transported media.
7.Inlet and outlet of the pump are in one direction, and interchangeable, which can been determined by piping and actual conditions.
8.Pump inlet and outlet connection forms are flange connection and socket connection.
9.The inlet interface of the dual pipe pump is also single connector type.
10.Can conduct non-standard design according to the users'demands
