The granular materials will not be crushed and ground, and the composition of materials with different specific gravity and different materials will not be separated by delamination; for various particles, fibers or sheet materials such as coarse materials, fine materials and ultrafine powders, Mix well.

Working Principle
The powder mixer machine consists of transmission, screw, cylinder, cylinder cover, discharge valve and equipment. The rapid rotation of the two asymmetric spirals of the mixer lifts the material upwards, forming two asymmetric spiral-shaped material flows along the wall from bottom to top. The spiral revolving motion driven by the rotating arm causes the material outside the spiral to enter the stud envelope to different degrees, a part of the material is lifted by the dislocation, and another part of the material is thrown out of the stud, thereby achieving the continuous renewal and diffusion of the material in the full circumference. The two materials mentioned above are merged to the center to form a downward flow of material which replenishes the holes at the bottom to form a convective cycle. Due to the combination of the above movements, the material is uniformly mixed in a short time, and the mixing precision is high. The working fluid that needs to be mixed is input by the rotary switch, and is sprayed through the pipeline, the nozzle, and uniformly sprayed in the material moving in the cylinder.
