According to years' experience and unique technology of Top Company, and applying advanced measurement and analysis technology, a high-efficiency impeller with excellent mixing effect was designed and used in our DL pneumatic mixerpowder mixer liquid mixer industrial mixer. Top company DL mixer can provide vertical mixing from 0.37KW to 45KW, and all products have been strictly tested by Top engineers to ensure high reliability of products.

The mechanical structure is simple, compact, easy to operate, maintain and overhaul, and everything is for the sake of users. The original impeller form significantly increases the discharge. A variety of shaft seals meet different materials and working conditions. Strong motor fixation greatly reduces vibration. High-efficiency hardened face gear transmission is characterized by heat resistance, durability and low noise. Deep groove ball bearing system ensures long-term use without lubrication.

Configure Impeller
Model DL belt mixer is equipped with ZCX impeller (vertical) and KCX impeller (side mounted) as standard.In addition to the standard equipped impeller, Top can also provide users with more suitable impeller forms according to the actual situation of users to ensure better mixing effect of users.
* The weight in the table is about weight, excluding the weight of stirring shaft and impeller inside the container.
* The dimension L in the table is determined according to the container size of the user.
* The data of size DJ in the table is determined by Top Company according to the user's stirring purpose, stirring capacity and physical parameters, and the actual one shall prevail.
* The weight of the motor is about that of the ordinary indoor motor, which can be changed according to different weight of the motor, the manufacturer and the type of the motor.

* The weight in the table is about weight, excluding the weight of suspension and anchor bolts.
* The flange sizes in the table can be replaced by European standards and American standards.
