In the chemical fields, there are many processes which involving the mixing of high viscosity fluids with bottom viscosity fluids, dispersion of high viscosity fluids, dispersion of high solids fluids, and emulsification of high viscosity fluids. Conventional large-diameter low-speed agitators (such as frame-type, ribbon-type agitators) can only solve the macro-mixing problem of high-viscosity fluids and cannot solve the dispersion problem.
In order to solve the above problems, Top has successfully developed the S series high shear mixer machine. The internal and external mixers with different functions in the equipment operate independently at two speeds, which can simultaneously meet the complex processes of mixing, dispersion, reaction and emulsification with high viscosity.

The structure of SS double speed agitator:
The S series two-speed mixer consists of two independent coaxial axes, the structure is shown in the figure. It mainly consists of main and auxiliary machines, reducer, internal and external agitator and shaft. A variety of blenders are interchangeable.
