Conical Screw Blender for Powders
The center screw and outer spiral belt of SD-Type twin spiral conical screw blender for powders rotate at the same speed. Center screw lifts the mixed materials from the bottom to the top when working while external spiral material with higher line speed lift materials along the cone-shaped cylinder plate from the bottom to up. Two kinds of movement, under the action of centrifugal force，throw materials to the space along the tangent direction. And thus materials produce strong convection，shear and diffusion, so as to achieve the purpose of rapid mixing. (Screw can also be made into reverse screw).
